We require all contractors to complete certification classes before taking calls and earning hourly pay. The best part? Our classes are completely free! Simply register on your portal to access various class schedules tailored to each company, and find the one that works best for you.
1099 Contractor
Have a full time job? Stay at home parent that needs to work around your kids schedule? Are you a student that needs to make money around your classes? RightAWay Services is perfect for you. All of our positions are 1099 which means you are able to pick your own schedule after you get certified. You are also paid hourly. As a 1099 contractor taxes are not deducted.
*Administrative fee is deducted from each paycheck.
Qualifications
You must be:
18 or older
Live in a approved state
Be able to pass a $30 background check
Be able to hardwire to the internet via ethernet cord

What type of calls will I be taking?
You will be taking inbound customer service calls.
After you complete the certification class you will be able to choose your own hours and get paid hourly.
When do I pay for my background check?
What is the onboarding process?
As a 1099 contractor you are responsible for your own equipment and background check. You will pay for your background check AFTER you have found the job you are interested in.

Complete your assessment

Complete a PC check and Identity Check
Enroll in class
Compete your background check
Are taxes deducted? How often am I paid?
As a 1099 contractor taxes are not automatically deducted. You will be responsible for your own taxes.
A administrative fee will be deducted from each payroll.
Once you have started taking calls you will be paid on the 15th and last day of the month.
